We are the number one team at RE/MAX in Red Deer, originally started by father and son team Dale & Andrew Russell. As our business grew, we knew that adding the right people was the key to maintaining an exceptional level of consistency and service for our clients, and so Andrew Russell & Associates was created in 2015. Our focus is to provide an unrivalled experience for our clients, so they can confidently refer us to their family and friends.
Team Experience
Teams are a commonly used term in our industry, but many “teams” are not actually teams at all. They are a few agents who collectively advertise together to share costs, but don’t actually support each other’s clients or work as a single unit.
Our team offers a consistent and precise experience with any and all of our agents. All of our listings, no matter the listing agent, receive our premium marketing plan and systems, professional photography, 3D tours, floor plans, drone photography, social media advertising, etc.
Our buyer’s can access properties and information when needed, not solely when their agent is available. Have you ever been left stranded because your agent went on holidays and had nobody to help them? That doesn’t happen here.

Andrew Russell
REALTOR® & Team Leader
Born and raised in Red Deer, Andrew grew up in the real estate industry. A second-generation Realtor, he knew at a young age that real estate was his desired career path.
Licensed in 2006, Andrew was carefully guided and taught the business by his father, Dale, who had 27 years of relevant industry experience at the time.
Now with more than 18 years in the industry and thousands of homes sold, ‘Andrew Russell & Associates’ has become a recognized and trusted name in Central Alberta.
With the goal of building quality relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping his clients make the best decisions for their needs, Andrew’s commitment to his client’s well-being has been at the core of his success.
Andrew’s accomplishments include RE/MAX Top 100, RE/MAX Top 40 under 40, RE/MAX Diamond and Lifetime Achievement awards, and holding the title of #1 RE/MAX Realtor in Red Deer since 2014. Andrew’s team consistently ranks among the Top 100 in Western Canada and is the #1 team in Central Alberta.
Andrew currently resides in Red Deer with his wife Katrina and their three boys, and spends his free time coaching hockey, playing hockey, and golfing.
Dale Russell
Broker/Owner
Born in Edmonton, Dale moved to Red Deer in 1963. Licensed in 1979, Dale’s experience in all facets of real estate is extensive.
Beginning his career at Realty World, Dale eventually purchased the Red Deer RE/MAX franchise in 1988, and has been the acting broker and manager ever since.
He currently oversees several offices throughout Central Alberta with more than 90 agents.
With the goal of giving back to the community that has given him so much, Dale has spent many years on varying boards.
The Red Deer College Board of Governors, Real Estate Council of Alberta, Real Estate Insurance Exchange, and he’s an honorary lifetime member of both the Central Alberta Realtor’s Association and the Alberta Real Estate Association for his contributions to the industry.
Dale currently resides in Red Deer with his wife Majella, and loves to travel, golf, and spend time with his three grandkids.
Rachel McQueen
REALTOR®
Born in New Brunswick, Rachel moved to Central Alberta in 1998. After University, Rachel worked in the dental field for many years before eventually moving into sales. During this time, she found a passion for two things – working with great people and renovating homes. This eventually led to the realization that a career in real estate was in her future.
Prior to getting licensed, Rachel spent a year working as an assistant for our team and was quickly immersed into the industry and learned and mastered everything that happens behind the scenes when people are buying and selling homes.
Rachel is extremely personable, approachable, and very easy to talk to. With her attention to detail and strong work ethic derived from years of playing competitive sports, she strives to ensure her clients have the best possible experience when buying and selling.
Rachel resides in Blackfalds and is happily married with two grown kids, and likes to spend her free time playing disk golf and refurbishing old furniture.
Shelby Sieppert
REALTOR®
Born and raised in Drumheller, Shelby moved to Red Deer in 2013 to pursue an education in healthcare and completed the Licensed Practical Nurse program at RDP. Her nursing career saw her work in a variety of settings including seniors and assisted living care.
Outgoing and energetic, Shelby found herself wanting a more dynamic and ever changing setting for her work that still allowed her to serve and assist people, so she obtained her real estate licence 2021 and joined the Andrew Russell & Associates team in 2022.
Shelby has a strong dedication to her clients and her work. Honesty, transparency, and respect are the pinnacles of her real estate practice, and her warm and caring demeanor often leads to many of her clients also becoming close friends.
Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and exploring Alberta’s many hidden gems.
