We are the #1 team at RE/MAX in Red Deer, originally started by father and son team Dale & Andrew Russell. As our business grew, we knew that adding the right people was the key to maintaining an exceptional level of consistency and service for our clients, and so Andrew Russell & Associates was created in 2015. Our focus is to provide an unrivalled experience for our clients, so they can confidently refer us to their family and friends.
TEAM EXPERIENCE
Teams are a commonly used term in our industry, but many “teams” are not actually teams at all. They are a few agents who collectively advertise together to share costs, but don’t actually support each other’s clients or work as a single unit.

Andrew Russell

Born and raised in Red Deer, Andrew Russell has 20 years of experience helping clients across Red Deer & Central Alberta make clear, confident real estate decisions.
Licensed in 2006, Andrew is known for sound judgement, straightforward communication, and steady leadership across a wide range of transactions and market conditions. Dale Russell
Broker/Owner
Born in Edmonton and a resident of Red Deer since 1963, Dale Russell has been deeply connected to the Central Alberta community for more than six decades. Licensed in real estate in 1979, Dale brings over 45 years of experience across nearly every facet of the industry.
Dale began his career with Realty World before purchasing the RE/MAX Red Deer franchise in 1988. Since then, he has played a central role in building and leading the RE/MAX presence throughout Central Alberta. Today, he provides leadership and strategic direction across multiple offices and supports more than 90 real estate professionals in the region.
In addition to his leadership role, Dale remains actively involved in both residential and commercial real estate, offering clients decades of experience, sound judgement, and a steady, practical approach to decision-making. He is widely respected for his ethical standards, professionalism, and long-term perspective.
Dale has also contributed extensively to the real estate industry and the broader community, serving on numerous boards and governing bodies over the years. In recognition of his contributions, he is an honorary lifetime member of both the Central Alberta Realtors Association and the Alberta Real Estate Association.
Dales lives in Red Deer with his wife, Majella, and enjoys travelling, golfing, and biking.
Rachel McQueen

Originally from New Brunswick, Rachel has lived in Central Alberta since 1998 and has built her career around working closely with people and earning their trust. Before real estate, she spent many years in the dental field and in sales roles, developing strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Real estate was a natural fit, combing her interest in homes and property potential with her people-first approach. Prior to becoming licensed, Rachel spent a full year working behind the scenes with Andrew Russell & Associates, gaining a thorough understanding of the buying and selling process from start to finish. That experience allows her to stay proactive, anticipate challenges, and guide clients confidently through each step of a transaction.
Rachel works with both buyers and sellers throughout Red Deer and Central Alberta and is known for delivering a calm, positive experience, even in fast-moving or high-pressure situations. In the past year, she successfully closed over 40 home sales, reflecting her preparation, consistency, and strong client relationships.
Clients appreciate Rachel’s approachable nature, reliability, and genuine care for their experience. Her background in competitive sports instilled a strong work ethic and follow-through, qualities that show up in how she prepares, communicates, and supports her clients.
Rachel lives in Blackfalds, is happily married, and has two grown children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys disc golf and refurbishing old furniture.
Shelby Sieppert
REALTOR®
Born and raised in Drumheller, Shelby moved to Red Deer in 2013 with a clear focus on building a career centred on helping people. She completed the Licensed Practical Nurse program at Red Deer Polytechnic and spent several years working in healthcare, including with seniors and in assisted living facilities. This experience shaped her calm, compassionate, and people-first approach.
Shelby was drawn to real estate as a way to continue supporting people through meaningful life transitions while building deeper personal connections. She earned her real estate license in 2021 and joined Andrew Russell & Associates in 2022, where her warmth, empathy, and strong relational skills quickly became a natural fit within the team.
Shelby works with both buyers and sellers throughout Red Deer and Central Alberta and is known for making clients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to understand what matters most to her clients and guides them through the process with patience, integrity, and clear communication. May of her clients remain connected long after their transaction is complete.
Her background in nursing continues to influence her real estate work, particularly her ability to remain calm and present during emotional or high-stress situations. Shelby believes real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and guiding change with care.
Outside of real estate, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and exploring Alberta’s many hidden gems.
